Serena has devoted ten years to the Emily Griffith Foundation, with her most recent position serving as the Scholarships and Operations Manager. Serena now applies her non-profit expertise in a consulting capacity for the organization. During her tenure, Serena played a pivotal role in facilitating the collaboration between the Foundation and the College working closely with Student Services and Business Services to allocate funds for scholarships and wraparound support. She was also instrumental in establishing efficient processes for the 360 Fund, which was founded in 2014. Her profound operational and financial acumen ensures the optimal utilization of Emily Griffith Foundation's resources to support the students, staff, and programs of  Emily Griffith Technical College.  

Serena is a versatile non-profit professional who has taken on various roles during her 10-year tenure with Emily Griffith Foundation, including project management, board governance, strategic planning, and endowment creation. Her passion lies in creating equitable opportunities for underserved communities, and she is enthusiastic about continuing her meaningful work with the Foundation.
