Erica McIntire
SVP, Colorado Market Executive, Bank of America
As the Colorado Market Executive for Bank of America, Erica supports the local market goals of connecting businesses, families, and individuals to the banking and investment teams that will help improve their financial lives.
She is responsible for developing community partnerships, sponsorships and philanthropy across Bank of America’s Colorado footprint as well as the development and execution of the market strategic plan, designed to drive responsible growth, employee engagement, brand reputation, and commitment to the community.
McIntire shaped her career in financial services through leadership roles at Vectra Bank Colorado as EVP and marketing communications director for 15 years, and at US Bank as the mid-west corporate sponsorship manager. Prior to those roles, she cultivated relationships with government, corporate, and private foundations while providing program management and technical assistance in positions in the Denver Public School District Department of Community Education, and in the Governor’s Community Partnership Office and Colorado Department of Local Affairs. Both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees are in Anthropology.
McIntire currently serves on the boards of B:Civic, Emily Griffith Foundation, leadership boards of Bank On Colorado, Bank On Denver, and Enterprise Community Partners. She is proud to have earned a Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility and to be a certified CASA volunteer. In 2023, McIntire was recognized by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce as their inaugural Chamber Champion awardee, and by the Denver Business Journal as one of the Outstanding Women in Business winners. She lives in Littleton with her son Eli, two cats, one bernedoodle, and Spike the crested gecko.
